I feel really “well grounded”. Used it at the “foot” of the bed for my feet on the fitted sheet. I feel the tingling and have more sensation in my feet. I purchased this soon after my grounding sheets. This mat is very effective in helping my legs feel better. I am not sure what others experience with it, but my feet get a slight tingle when I first step on it without socks and sit for five or ten minutes. It seems to help particularly when my calves are aching at the end of the day. Extremely simple to use.

I have never used a grounding mat. Thought I would give this a try. It is compact, and just the right size to have under my feet sitting at my desk. Have only used it for a couple of days so far. I will update my review after a month or so of use. In the first couple of days it seems like it is working to help with sleep. It was a great price so definitely worth giving it a try.

I'm not sure if this works or not. I won't destroy a product for lack of benefit when the issue may well be the building I live in not properly being grounded. All I know for sure is that when plugged into my outlet within the reading are the same as when it isn't. Oddly enough, when inserted into a hole in the ground, it works..it grounds as is intended. Not sure what to do because I had the "Ground" checked in my Apartment and was told everything was fine. I really need the benefit this device promises, not getting it is kind of a HUGE let down.
