This is very very thin. I don’t think it would repel water but decided to return and not even try it was just like plastic or a garbage bag w arms. Would not recommend. Get a higher end for a few more dollars to keep dry

Overall this jacket is what I wanted. The only part I have an issue with is one of the zippers was broken before it even came out of the package. It's the zipper on the back to allow you to fold the jacket up so it's the least of my worries. But it would be nice to receive a product fully intact.
