Felt a difference in tiredness and calmness
I’ve been taking this magnesium supplement consistently for a few weeks, and I’ve noticed several benefits. It really helped with muscle tension and cramps, especially after workouts, and also contributed to a greater sense of calm and mental clarity during stressful days. I feel my energy levels are steadier throughout the day, and I’ve been sleeping a bit more restfully. The capsules are vegan, easy to swallow, and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus for me. I haven’t experienced any side effects, and the dosage feels just right for daily use. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for support with muscle relaxation, stress management, or general daily energy.

Helps
Starting taking as I suffer with cramps and restless legs and menopause. Taken 1 capsule at night and cramps/restless legs symptoms have disappeared. Relaxes me before falling asleep. Can't say they have helped with staying asleep maybe need to use them a bit longer before I could comment. Happy to continue with them. Good price too.

The best ‘triple threat’ magnesium I’ve tried – specific details inside
I shifted to this 3-in-1 complex after doing quite a bit of research on different magnesium forms. Most single-ingredient supplements didn't give me the full range of benefits, but the blend of Bisglycinate, Citrate, and Malate in this one seems to cover all the bases. Key results I’ve noticed: Sleep & Relaxation: I take two capsules about an hour before bed. Unlike other brands that caused a "heavy" feeling, this simply helps me drift off more naturally and, crucially, stay asleep without the usual 3 AM wake-up. No Digestive Issues: Many people worry about the "laxative effect" with magnesium (especially Citrate), but because this is balanced with Bisglycinate, it has been very gentle on my stomach. Recovery: As someone who gets leg cramps after long walks or gym sessions, the addition of Magnesium Malate has been a game-changer for muscle recovery. Physical Details: Capsule Size: They are standard vegan capsules. They aren't "tiny," but they are smooth and very easy to swallow with a glass of water. No chalky aftertaste at all. Packaging: I love the flat-pack design. It’s letterbox-friendly, so you don't have to worry about being home for the delivery, and it takes up much less space in the cupboard than a bulky bottle. Value: At 1800mg per serving (384mg elemental), you’re getting exactly what you need for a 45-day supply if you take the full dose. It’s excellent value for money compared to high-street brands. Overall, it’s a high-quality, UK-made supplement that actually delivers. My wife has already started "borrowing" them from my stash because she saw how much better my sleep has been!

I really recommend this product
I’ve been taking this Magnesium Glycinate 3-in-1 Complex for a few weeks now and I’m really happy with it so far. I like that it combines bisglycinate, citrate, and malate, which feels more well-rounded than single-form magnesium supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any stomach discomfort, which has been an issue for me with other magnesium products in the past. I usually take mine in the evening and it fits well into my routine. Overall, this seems like a solid, well-formulated magnesium supplement. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a gentle, high-quality magnesium option.

Good product but slightly misleading description
3/5 stars A Promising Blend with a Misleading Punch I was genuinely excited to try this Magnesium complex. The 3-in-1 blend of Glycinate, Citrate, and Malate seemed like a brilliant idea, combining the best of all worlds for relaxation, regularity, and energy. At first, the effects were noticeable. The Glycinate seemed to help with sleep, and the Citrate gave a gentle nudge to my digestive system without the usual urgency of other brands. The Malate component felt like it was contributing to a slight increase in my afternoon focus. However, my enthusiasm waned when I took a closer look at the label. The "1800mg" in the product title is a clever, but ultimately misleading, headline. A quick calculation reveals that the actual elemental magnesium is only 384mg per serving. While 384mg is a solid dose and within the recommended daily intake for most people, it's not the massive 1800mg the title suggests. The 1800mg figure refers to the total weight of the three magnesium compounds before the magnesium is separated from its bonded molecule (glycine, citric acid, malic acid). This kind of marketing is common in the supplement world, but it feels particularly deceptive here. Furthermore, the capsules themselves are quite large. For someone who has trouble swallowing pills, this could be a major drawback. I also noticed that the blend, while well-intentioned, didn't seem to deliver the full punch of a pure Magnesium Glycinate supplement when it came to deep relaxation. It felt more like a jack-of-all-trades, master-of-none situation. In conclusion, this is not a bad product. The quality seems good, and the combination of forms is a unique selling point. However, the misleading marketing and the slightly muted effects for specific goals (like deep sleep) prevent me from giving it a higher score. If you're looking for a general magnesium supplement and are aware of the actual elemental dosage, this could be a decent option. But if you're seeking a specific benefit and are sensitive to marketing claims, you might want to look elsewhere.
