Great value and well engineered. It takes a bit of assembling (put an afternoon aside to do it) but if you read through the diagrams a couple of times its pretty straightforward. Great service from Kelsey Stores, would definitely use them again.

supplier still has not sent replacement, after 2 years of emails they still wont refund or replace the damaged items, BEWARE!

I really like this bed. I had a smorgasbord of screws and bolts left over- I think maybe the design changed and extra fixings were added, but the end result looks really nice. Gorgeous wood, top quality. The pneumatics are strong enough to hold the mattress up easily. The only negative is the metal frame -which is likely strong enough for mattress and 2 people- does look a tad spindly. I cable-tied a 1x3 along the top of the frame just to strengthen it- an easy addition for reassurance and probably not necessary. I do love this bed.

Good study bed. Came in a reasonable amount of time. The lift mechanism works well. Some of the screws came in separate bags/boxes so I would get them all out before starting as I was worried there was some missing, in the end there were a few spare. The instructions were simple enough once looked through properly, assembly was not overly difficult. I'm a 20 year old female and managed to assemble, unassisted within 4 hours. Would highly recommend.

Delivered on time. Great bed for.the money. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Lovely oak colour.

Although looks as expected, instructions aren't great but the big issue why I've actually given a low rating, the hydraulic lift doesn't work, takes alot to lift and doesn't hold the weight of just mattress which they're supposed to do so you can get things in and out from underneath, also the support bar in the middle bowed first night and doesn't support the weight of a couple and causes us to roll inwards making it uncomfortable for sleeping and causing back pain. I'd suggest paying more somewhere else for greater supports with extra cross bars. Besides this the courier device used doesn't actually give you a time or day of delivery till the actual day and moment its on its way, not useful if you can't get a day off at the drop of a hat.

Purchased this a few months ago and love it. Amazing amount of storage room. Was a little tricky to assemble but well worth the effort.
