I’ve been using this product for a few months now and I find it works for both body odor but also bowel movement (which may be the reason for body odor reduction). I originally took this once a day and immediately noticed a difference within the first couple of days. However, this only lasted a week before body odor came back. So now what I do is take 1 pill every 12 hours or twice a day and I’ve noticed this consistently works for me. As the first pill may start to lose its effectiveness, I take another one and have no issues. Timing and consistency matter the most. I weigh about 230lb so use that information to help you regarding dosage. I don’t notice a gross taste and I feel like it does what it’s supposed to do. If you do notice body odor coming back, try taking two a day like I do. If need be, you could do it 3 times a day but I find one in the morning and one at night work well. Overall it’s a good price point and it does the job.

These pills are amazing for body odor control. I've been using those pills for 3 weeks and I can honestly said that the product WORKS! The first thing I noticed after 3 days was the famous MORNING beach gone. These doesn't mean that your breath will smell like peppermint in the morning and you won't have to brush your teeth, please brush and flush (who wanst cavities anyway LOL). But I noticed that my breath does not smell in the mornings since I've been taking 😅 this. Secondly, by the end of first week my armpits sweat and odor jad diminished. I remember one night I forgot to put on deodorant before going to bed, the next morning my armpits didn't stink 🤗 that was the day I realized I found the solution to my "decades"old problem. Ever since I can remember I had to keep a deodorant with me at all times, I have purposely skipped deodorant 4 times since I started using this product, I'm a believer... Be mindful that your VM would change in color, it could be more in the HULK green side 😅and after reading the ingredients, it made sence. I'M A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. Many "thanks" to the makers. Update March 2025 I will lead my update with I sometimes would go days forgetting this pill and that is when I have noticed the difference. Within days my bowels went right back to acting up where I'm always stopped up. I have only had maybe one incident of a hemorrhoid and honestly I am bad about breaking daily habits and forgetting doses. Within a week of not taking this pill my body odor would return. My period smell is THE WORST and the only time I smell anything is if I miss a dose. I started taking these after going to my doctor about constant body odor and she said "use vagasil soap.' that all my testing was normal. It has been an embarrassing problem of mine for many years even though I keep myself very clean. It keeps my body odor in complete check and my bowels regular. Also MY SKIN!!! I am in my late 30's and still have issues with acne. With this pill it is so much easier to maintain clear skin. I love this pill and the only side effect I can think of is whenever I forget I took a pill earlier and take a second that I have mild diarrhea with minimal discomfort. Even my gassy side is rare and if it does pop up nobody smells it. Trust me my kids would have no problem telling me otherwise. I still take in the evening and have not noticed anything about weight loss. You need to make an actual effort of portion control (I hate it too don't argue) and daily activity for anything to benefit weight loss. This is coming from a woman (me) who lost 100 pounds in a year and 4 months I recommend taking every day if you do choose this pill. You start missing doses you will think it does not work when it actually does. Very well. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been taking these one day shy of two weeks. I do go a day here and there without taking them. My daughter randomly brought up the other night how my feet have no smell. I do not think they ever had an out of the ordinary smell to begin with, but they don't have one at all now. Body odor is very minimal. Of course they will not replace a shower but even then I had some issues a shower didn't help and it is noticeably better. My big issue was my poop being regular. Either runny or too hard and would bounce back and forth and even though I never pushed too hard I kept getting hemorrhoids because it was so irregular. My bowels are completely regular now and I love that for me. I take this before bed so I don't notice anything with energy, but I can also drink several cups of coffee and take a 3 hour nap. I have not noticed any side effects as of yet. Too early to tell with weight loss but I will do my best to update if I see any difference. I do actively work out.

I used these for a month. It did nothing for me except sent me to the bathroom to poop green green. Waste of money.
