Dash Deluxe Shaved Ice & Slushy Maker is made in China and nicely designed and sized for home kitchen use. It is a lightweight plastic but has suction feet that keep it stable when working. It has three settings: coarse, medium and fine and I prefer the medium most of the time.The 1 liter pitcher is the ideal size for my kitchen. This device itself is about the size of a basic coffee maker and the light cream color is a nice neutral off-white shade that looks good on my counter. I have been wanting a slushy machine but most of the ones that I saw were much too big for my needs. This one is perfectly sized and very easy to use. I put in about 6 or seven ice cubes and it is very easy to stop and add more.I have been using this device for a week now and I am delighted with it. I can quickly make slushies and boozy snow cones. It’s perfect for making quick and delicious icy treats.

Nice little shaved ice machine. I have it sitting out on my counter and it takes up very little space. It has nice suction on the bottom so it doesn’t move while it is working. Doesn’t make too much noise. I like the three options for the size of the shaved ice which most other ones don’t give you the option which is why I purchased this one. It is easy to clean but I have it jam once or twice (it is easy to take apart so it only takes a minute or two to fix the jam). My only issue with it is unless you get all the ice out as it melts it will leak even with the pitcher under it (I never want to take it apart right after using it as I am typically eating the shaved iced so there is also a little bit of ice in it that melts but I just put a towel down). It is worth the money as my daughter loves shaved iced

I was excited to order this shaved ice machine and was happy to see it was same day delivery and I was ready to give it a shot. The package arrived to my house and the outside box was tore up and wouldn't even stay closed as it was held together with multiple pieces of duct tape. I looked pass that as I was only concerned with the machine inside and opening the package I immediately noticed it was missing parts and the machine had scuffs on it making it obvious this machine had already been returned at least once. Now I have to take time out of my day to return something that should have never been sent to my home.

Perfect little ice shave machine. Fast.

Seemed to be burned around the edges of the ice bowl and interior of the lid. Didn't use. Returned immediately.

I was sent two of these both broken returned items.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I got a machine that was previously returned not once BUT TWICE. Both machines were broken and missing the white aggregator.
