Incompatible plug type & inaccurate product description
The product came with a plug type which is not compatible with neither UAE/UK nor EU plugs. Would require a special adapter to run. This was not mentioned anywhere in the product description

This is the kind of product that you expect from Dyson for the money you are paying. Ergonomics design with potentially all capabilities fulfill the needs that you would otherwise have to go to a salon for. Read all instructions and check videos online, which enable a quick learning curve. Pretty easy to use.
