ECCO Women's Soft 7 Perforated Tie Sneaker

First of all I would give this a half a star if I could, only because of the cute style and fit. I’ve been waiting to write this review until I’ve tested the product out for the full duration of my trip,which I just returned from. I bought these shoes especially for my trip to Europe, I knew I would be walking a TON for my 2 week, 4 country adventure. I prepared and did a bunch of research on what the “Best European Walking Shoes” were and I constantly saw these ECCOS. I wanted something that would be comfortable and stylish, that could be versitle for my limited wardrobe. The shoes fit as expected, and were very cute. I received them 2 weeks prior to my take off and I thought that would be plenty of time to break in because I saw from many reviews that they could be uncomfortable until you broke them in. Sad to say that never changed for me. These shoes were VERY uncomfortable and made my feet, knees, and back hurt! Thank god I brought my Brooks running shoes with me, I ended up switching to those 4 days in (which was annoying to wear clunky, hot pink running shoes with all my outfits) I eventually came across some Birkenstocks and bought those —they even offered better support than these shoes! I was very disappointed with this purchase, it seemed like everyone was raving about these shoes in all the reviews. So make sure you do all the research beforehand and if you will be walking 8+ hours a day these might not be the shoes for you. I’d find some cute trainers, or even a supportive sandal. Hoping I can get a refund.

Genuine leather, super comfy, great quality shoes. I had a discontinued pair of Ecco sneakers that I still wear after 5 years and will keep until it falls off my feet.. After trying many others, worried about the future of those feet, I discovered that the Soft 7 series fits me well, and is also very comfy. It takes a little time to break them in though, or at least until they warm up a bit, but then it's really nice. Now I can just buy any style or color from this series and after getting a black one, went for this "warm grey" metallic color, which is really unique and looks more gold then grey, but now people stop me on the street to ask where I got them. Goes really well with any color, blue jeans or white pants..

I can’t say enough about these shoes. I can tell they are engineered well and built to withstand lots of wear. I love this color because it will go with virtually any outfit. Can’t wait to take these with me to Europe!

Great arch support, cute shoe. I bought the blush color and it’s a perfect spring/summer neutral. I have plantar fasciitis and bunions, which make shoes hard to fit, and this shoe looks and feels great. Highly recommend!

Just bought these Soft 7, black tie, perforated leather sneakers. I have 4 other Ecco's, but these SQUEAK when walking on anything but carpet. I never noticed this in the other pairs I have worn for 3-4 years.I am about to go to Europe and go to many museums...I can't be squeaking all the way through these buildings...what can I do?????Later: Just back from a local Ecco Store. Clerk said all the soles of this type make a sound on slick floors (I have 2 other pair but hadn't noticed it particularly.) I noticed the price for the pair I got on sale on Amazon cost twice as much at the store. Sooooo, I am keeping these VERY COMFORTABLE Soft 7 Ecco's as seen above for my upcoming European trip...lots of walking, and they won't squeak on city sidewalks. And maybe they'll quiet down before I get to the museums.

These are the most comfortable shoes I own. They're cute, too! I get compliments every time I wear them. There was no break in required, they were comfortable right out of the box. I bought them to take on a recent trip to Greece, and they certainly didn't disappoint. I wore them for the first travel day that totaled 25hrs, and I didn't notice any discomfort the entire time. I wore them most of the trip and even on the long journey home. The leather is soft and the sole is quite supportive. The seam over the toe box has yet to bother me. I have bunions and these fit like a glove, wide enough but not so much that they slip off. The soles do squeak on certain surfaces, but I don't think it's terribly noticeable.All in all, I can't wait to buy another pair...or two.

After reading reviews from a couple of years ago, I was hesitant to order these but they turned out GREAT! Came in a proper Ecco box. Fit perfect (must remember that ECCO is a European brand and need to order a size down). I wear a normal US6 and European 36 which is always translates to a size 5. These black perforated ones are comfortable and just as I hoped they'd be. I hope this review helps someone make a decision too!

Received these today, I was a little disappointed as these aren’t white, white but more grayish white, still a neutral and not a deal breaker but if you want white, these may not be for you. Leather is very soft and good arch support but I’ll need to add a ball of the foot cushion as they’re not as comfy as my black Soft 7’s. I’ll try them in the house for a while and be certain they’ll be comfortable enough for travel, if not unfortunately they’ll be returned.

I have a pair of black Soft 7s and they are absolutely fantastic! I bought these to have a pretty summer option. The leather on this pair is much stiffer which causes the seam across the toe cap to be a a little uncomfortable. The insole on this one is also a woven fabric - the insoles on my black ones is a lovely smooth rubber? Leather? Not sure why they didn't stick to the same - the weave is a little harsh on bare feet. These shoes are very, very pretty and super durable. But I still wish they were more like my black ones.

I bought these runners this past summer to wear on a vacation to Florida. They looked great with shorts, were super comfortable and could be worn all day. I actually wore them to Walt Disney World several times for 12+ hours each day and had no issues. I probably walked 10 km each day in them and they still felt good at night.I am a loyal ECCO customer and own tons of ECCO shoes and boots. Compared to other ECCO shoes they fit a little smaller. Thankfully I read the reviews online and bought them in 2 sizes. I ended up going up 1 size bigger than usual since the size I normally wear felt a little tight. But other than this, they are fantastic....they're a fashion sneaker that feels better than some of my running shoes.

I love these shoes. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding this style of sneaker, because they are alway too narrow and too long. These are a tiny bit long, but completely wearable, and they are easy to adjust for the width of my feet. They're also very comfortable to walk in. The soft grey looks really good with the light blue laces, and they're easy to match with jeans or capris. Definitely my new go-to shoes for everyday errands and days when I'm going to be on my feet for awhile.

These fit well, however after walking in them for a little bit they dig in and cut into my ankles. So painful!!!! Tried to break them in, in hopes that the leather would mold to my feet - no luck. They have been sitting in my closet because they are simply unwearable. It’s a shame because I really had high hopes for these. I’ll be going back to my Supergas and Converse sneakers.
