Nurse Call Button for Economy Central Monitoring Unit

This product works very well

Easy to add to my existing system.Now I have a Matress Pad, a Chair Pad, and a Nurse Call button working on one system. Just be sure to test that all your devices activate the Portable Cordless Monitor in your desired locations as range is sometimes limited depending on different factors. For me one spot didn't work well because old bathroom tile wall has a metal lathe backer which blocks wireless signals. Other than that one spot it worked great.

I use these in another building for our residents to contact our staff when needing assistance and bought another group of 24 for another building. They work great and really help our building service our residents.

The Smart Caregiver customer service both emailed and called me to help pick the right call buttons to pair with my Fall Prevention monitor. Purchased two and both paired successfully with the monitor. Now my mom can call me from anywhere in the house.

I use this for Mom to call me at night. She cannot get out of bed alone so she uses the call button to get me. It has worked perfectly beside her bed on the night table. Too big to wear on her neck.

These are VERY cheaply made. They go dead after 1-3 days. Then when you try and replace the battery, they come apart on the inside rendering them useless. But for 1-3 days they work great.

The Smart call system is an economical call system for any application where you need one. I used this system in my Elder Care home (RCFE) for most of the time I was in business. It was accurate and easy to use. The main reason I did not give 5 stars is that the call buttons are not very durable and needed constant replacement. The elderly and caregivers are hard on equipment so if the call buttons and pagers were more stout I would give the Smart System 5 stars.

The only problem we have ever had with these is the lanyards. They are cheaply made, easily broken, and I can't find any replacements.....
