✔ Aquafaba is a protein substitute. You can whip up the aquafaba and you get a substance that looks like whipped egg white. This is ideal if you are a vegan or if you cannot tolerate eggs. In cocktails or baking recipes, where you use the egg as a binding agent, you can use aquafaba as a substitute. ✔

Our aquafaba has a shelf life of 24 months! (12 months after opening)

Method of preparation:
Add 10 g (0.35 oz) of the product to 150 ml (5 fl oz) boiled water (50-60С). Stir and cover with a lid. Wait 2-3 minutes. The product is ready to use.

Replacing eggs:
1/2 teaspoon aquafaba + 3 tablespoons water = 1 egg.
1/3 teaspoon aquafaba + 2 tablespoons water = 1 egg white.
30 g (1 oz) aquafaba + 450 ml (15 fl oz) water = 10 eggs.
30 g (1oz) aquafaba + 450 ml (15 fl oz) water = 15 egg whites.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place.
