Did the research and this is one of the better creatine products that you can get on Amazon at a decent price point. Good to mix with liquids or yogurt and has mild grittiness and minimal taste as expected. Seeing improvement in energy after been taking for about a month.

Tasteless, odourless. My first time taking creatine, I took it for 2 days, 5g each day. People say you can't really feel it working if not before a month in, or that you can't see noteable effects, but being very sensitive to how I feel I absolutely felt it working in my brain (and they say to take 10g+ for brain). For those two days it felt like my brain was jolted with energy. It felt like 5 cups of coffee without jitters. It was almost worrisome. I had trouble sleeping, but not so much that I didn't sleep. I'm very prone to insomnia and gut issues. What was crazy was I got 5 hours of sleep, but woke up feeling like I got 9, any melatonin-related morning exhaustion was replaced by an opposital effect. I'll stop taking it for now and continue when I start mountain biking this season.
