This is amazing, I almost never write reviews, but this has helped me so much!! I was extremely moody-rage, depression, feeling hopeless. I had a double chin, and my face and stomach were bloated-i looked like I gained weight. I didn't have energy...... I was suffering pretty bad, even the skin in my hands would like that of a 90 yr old (I'm 40) my skin would get very loose with lots of wrinkles-im not the type to concentrate on wrinkles etc. but it was very bad!! I take the pills, all of that goes away, my skin is much better, my mood is happy energetic and stable, no more double chin, no more bloating. This has worked miracles for me, I hope it does for you too!! (My review is 100% honest, I gain nothing from making this review, I don't work for them)

I've used it for a week along with the 16:8 intermittent fasting. I've lost 5 pounds and feel more like myself than I have in several years. I don't typically write reviews, but I felt I should if it could help someone else in surgical menopause.

Seems great so far! Takes a while for results, but I feel a bit more peppy through out the day! I combined with the CollagenBurn and really love that!

Love how well this product works, however I genuinely struggle with swallowing these capsules for some reason. I’ve never experienced this with a supplement before and find it super odd. I can take pills normally but it’s like these capsules are too buoyant

Worked way better than expected as I’ve tried so so many supplements. I fell right to sleep night 1 and I swear my typically bloated face was slim and calm. Tummy too. Just felt lighter over all. The one slight side affect I noticed was I was pretty groggy the next morning. That hard sleep wtf happened feeling. Not the worst and it didn’t last super long. I would suggest working your way up the the 3 capsule dose if you’re sensitive to magnesium.

I'm now on my 3rd day taking this and I've already felt a difference, it makes me excited. I knew my cortisol could be high because I deal with stress on a daily and I felt my overall well-being going down quickly. I didn't have a lot of hope in any supplements and this was kind of a random buy because I was like what could it hurt to just try. I feel like I've been struggling like this for over 2 years, yesterday I had some strong stressors and I was stressed but I noticed myself being able to pull myself out of it easier. Then yesterday evening I felt so relaxed which I haven't been able to have for so long. Thank you for this product, I'll continue to buy

There’s a slight smell with this supplement, and if it rests on your lips, it gives a burning sensation—almost like it contains turmeric or pepper. I strongly recommend taking it with a meal and plenty of water, as it can cause chest burn, bloating, and even constipation if not properly balanced. Eating it with a lot of vegetables helped me manage some of those side effects. On the positive side, I did notice an improvement in my energy levels and stress levels, which I really appreciated. However, due to the side effects, I had to pause taking it. I plan to try it again and see how my body reacts with some adjustments. Drink lots of waterrrr—I can’t stress this enough!

Great supplement. I did notice some weight loss in my mid section while taking it. Will probably order more.
