i just received this unit and it didnt come with any instructions. Shouldnt there be a manual? If so, where can i get one?

Their normally is one included. You may have to just download the manual online. If you do a quick google search you should be able to find one pretty easily.

Will a 50' chiller fit inside?

I have a 50' wort chiller that works well with it. It comes with a 25' to 30' chiller. Never used it, but I'm sure it works well.

Good for three gallon batches?

You can make 3 gallon batches with it. I haven't made any that size...mine have all been 5 gallons, but I would imagine that 3 would be just fine with the equipment.
