My 12 year old bought this set with his birthday money. After looking at a Spyra he decided to take the plunge on this knock-off. Minus a few mediocre reviews, it was rated fairly high. It arrived next day and was out of the package in an instant. First impression was instant surprise at the build quality. It's well made, doesn't feel cheap and looks great. He was able to easily charge/load the battery, fill with water and discharge strong, even bursts. We were both impressed with the distance of the bursts. It launched as advertised with some bursts hitting over 30 feet. The real test was to see if my 6 year old could operate it. Loading the battery will take some practice but I'm sure he will get it. We did not experience any leakage or other quality issues noted by other reviewers. Both kids could fill the reservoir with ease. Loading takes seconds but the fun lasts much longer. Day 2 showed was a repeat of Day 1. The boys look forward to many days of water fun. Each highly recommend this set. The oldest gives it a major thumbs-up for value for money. I must say I second that.

Update: the company has been great about making things right! They have been a delight to work with. So changing my review to give stars. The gun is great now and has been loads of fun! My 10 year old was so excited to spend his birthday money on this. Unfortunately, it only works about 20% of the time. So now we are hoping to be able to send it back and get our money back.

UPDATE: Seller reached out and sent a replacement. Very impressed - fantastic service! One gun stopped working within the first five minutes. It would take up water and fire the air. We looked to see if the water line was clogged - it was not. We checked to see if the water line wa s clogged, it wasn’t. Bummer for kids fun - did not work.

Lasted two weeks and then one stopped working. Guns were cool when they worked. Kept inside and only used a few times. The blue one stopped shooting. It would draw water up and make the sound like it was shooting, but nothing would come out of the barrel.

It works I guess. A lot of the times shoots out blanks. And it leaks very heavily out the front (unless propped straight up it will leak out the tip) but on the upside it shoots semi far and is perfect size for if your playing water assassins. Only problem is it won’t consistently shoot before you shoot something you need to have a test fire to make sure it feels like shooting. Overall 20 bucks is 20 bucks but defintley buy a pump shoot gun if you want range as realibitly

works great, some water leaks out of the front sometimes even when not in use. overall, great product.

Love these guns; such a big hit! My 7 year old got these for his birthday and he loved them. They’re very easy to charge and fill with water. They shoot surprisingly far and provide hours of entertainment.

Kids love them! These are great! Easy (and quick) to load up with water and tons of fun for everyone (even grown ups)! I love that they have rechargeable batteries! The batteries seem to last quite awhile between charges. The guns seem sturdy, well made and durable. They shoot from a pretty far distance so beware bystanders, you might just get wet!
