Good Performance Initially, But Heating and Durability Are Concerns
I’ve been using the POCO M7 5G for around 1 year, and the overall experience has been mixed. The phone feels fast during normal usage, and app opening speed and multitasking performance are decent in the beginning. The slim design also makes the device comfortable to hold and easy to carry daily. In terms of touch quality, the screen response feels smooth and works properly for gaming, scrolling, and regular usage. Camera quality is acceptable for the price range and works fine in normal daylight conditions. However, the biggest issue is heating. The phone starts heating a lot during longer usage, gaming, charging, or heavy multitasking sessions. Another major problem is durability. After around one year of usage, the chipset performance started creating issues, which affected the overall reliability of the device badly. The build quality feels decent externally, but internal long-term durability could definitely be improved. Overall, the phone offers decent speed, design, and usability initially, but heating and long-term chipset reliability are major drawbacks.
