Gives me endurance enough for a great workout.
I can workout longer and get less muscle soreness afterwards. I also like the tingle it puts on my face.

It's good.
I like it, it's flavorless so i can just drink it with plain water, you get tingling it's fine though it goes away quickly.

Not sure of its good or bad
So when I drink carnosyn in my preworkout I get that tingling feel but when I take this carnosyn post workout I do not feel the tingling effect at all. The bottle I got has moisture in it and coz of that the powder is wet and has lots of balls in it. Aeoma is nasty
