The beans are very tasty thanks to the maple in it and goes great with cube steaks. I bought a case of these (12) and only got 11 as 1 can was taken out of end opening...The 5th star was taken away for this as paid for but missing!!

Other than my own crockpot beans, these are my favorite. Unfortunately, I don't like dented cans. I know it's not Bush's fault. Dents are all in the inside cans not around the edges as one would expect. I won't be buying them again. This happened the last time as well. Sorry Duke....

I really these beans to start off with. My brother by marriage is a widower now. To help I send him food I like hoping he does too. These are great beans to start. I use cooked ground beef, turkey or chicken stirred into them. It makes them go farther. Since I don’t eat bacon I remove it if I plan to eat any of the beans. So versatile as a start. Brown some onions, chopped bacon and stir in some barbecue sauce to make baked beans. Cook in oven. If I am eating I use turkey bacon. Again so much you can do with them or heat and eat like they are.
