It’s taste is actually pretty good compared to most other powders and the measurements was nice to see how much to add it and it does dissolve easily with water and a simple shake but after I drank it I actually gave me higher energy levels after and the smell was nice too.

Unlike many other pre-workout products, this one has a more subtle flavor that isn't overly stimulating. At first, I wasn't accustomed to the taste and felt like I wasn't getting the typical effects of a pre-workout. However, I soon realized that on the days I used this product, I felt more energetic during my workout sessions and less fatigued afterward. Based on my experience using this product over the past two weeks, I have no complaints.

Really weak if you dilute it down, even if you take your dose all at once which made me think I wasted my money. But I got the mix right. More-so than other pre workout powders, if you keep it high concentration this stuff hits hard.

Surprisingly potent and taste great gets me thru some tough workouts.
