Top notch book and manual on Bowflex and fitness!
I bought this book many months ago as I wanted to make better use of my Bowflex Sport. Having bought the home gym second hand, I only had an intuitive understanding of some of the exercises, but without any clear guidance even with the user manual. I finally got around to reading this book and I am astonished I hadn't opened it earlier. The thickness of the book was an initial downer but really, it is chockful of the best and useful information not just on the best ways to make effective use of my Bowflex, but hints and explanations of diet and other life habits for a well rounded approach to fitness. It is worth its weight in gold for the recommended workout plans on the Bowflex alone; clear and concise directions on posture, how to use the machine, what type of exercise and for how long. This is top notch, and I am very very appreciative of the quality of the instruction and most of all, CLARITY, in guiding the reader. Thank you very much, Mr Baselice. I suspected but now confirmed that the Bowflex can be used so much more effectively than I have done and can still do.

Great Book
If you own a Bowflex like I do, and you are looking for some great new and challenging exercises, this is a must have. There are 3 phases of workouts,each one a month long, and each one works out different parts of your body in different ways. What I liked was each phase is all mapped out for you, and you can cross reference the exercise to the picture, so you know you are doing it right. There is also a chapter on eating right, and another chapter on workout tips. I believe that George Baselice did his homework on writing this book. Also this book is for any age group, I am 51 and have been working out for a while, and I can't wait to start this routine. The best part of ordering this book was that it was autographed by George himself, to me personally with a word of encouragement also. I am glad I got this book..ThanksBob

Excellent fitness book
This is an awesome book and a must have for anyone interested in getting the most out of their bowflex machine.There is nothing else out there.The bowflex itrainer software gives the chance to customize your own program.If you are knowledgable about excercise programs, thats great, but most of us out there are not able to elaborate a fitness program.George has taken the guess work out of developing an excercise program to use the bowflex.It certainly revived my interest in using my bowflex.The author gives very detailed explanations on nutrition and timing of nutrient intake. I found the nutrition section to be very straighfoward and easy to follow.The excercise plan is also very detailed yet easy to follow. On month one and so far so good.

We are very satisfied with both the book and results we are experiencing
My wife and I are in our 50's . I have been working out with free weights for years and had been on a plateau for some time. My wife wanted to add some resistance exercises to her cardio program. We purchased a Bowflex and the Bowflexersize book. I doubted the Bowflex would be beneficial to me. However, the program Mr. Baselice has put together has proved me wrong. The book is informative, well written. It also helps that it is written from a perspective of personal experience. We are very satisfied with both the book and results we are experiencing.

Get it / read it / do it - your whole life will be better!
A former Bowflex spokesperson, George was upfront about the need to supplement the Bowflex machine with free weights. Following the exercise regimens delineated in his book has allowed me to realize incredible gains in my physical appearance, stamina and strength. I bow in homage to him, because he has transformed me physically, beyond my best hopes. All I had to do was to follow his clearly spelled out exercise program for eight weeks, and now I am a different person. No one needs to be told that such a powerful physical change can have a concomitant positive altering effect on one's psyche, and I'm living proof of that. I feel better (stronger and happier) than I have been in years, and with greatly increased energy, I now accomplish more in a day that I used to do in a week. Thanks, George!

Bowflexercise is a MUST for any Bowflex Owner!
This book is very informative. A nice touch is that it's even personally signed by the author! (The guy on the front cover!) If you follow the exercises consistently, you will see a fitter body! You'll feel much better too! Had I not purchased the book, I would've missed out on so many great exercise ideas that are able to be done with the Bowflex.

Great for Bowflex and weight training
George A Baselice book on Bowflexercise, was wrote for bowflex machines, but, he covers many areas that will help the weight trainer with free weights. A practical section on diet, which he take time to develop and explain. The extra supplement he e-mails you is full of help as you train, this is a section that Bowflex would not publish in the book and it is a shame. My copy of the book came autograph by George Baselice.
