Better than stock in an old truck
Quality is good overall. They are low end pioneers but better than the old stock one in my 86 F250

02 dodge ram 1500. Little gap around and it's 4-hole pattern instead of 3, so must drill some holes
Vehicle: 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab. Sound quality: very nice for the price. Fitment: A little bit of a gap around the perimeter / door cutout but it's very minimal and could be addressed with some weather stripping. The bigger issue is that this has a 4-hole mounting pattern whereas the OEM is a 3-hole, so expect to have to drill a couple holes and leave the fourth blank. There is not much space to the lip of the cutout so you need to be rather precise with your hole drilling. Be sure to grab the speaker cable adapters also to make the electrical completely plug and Play with no snipping and crimping required. Other than that, it's nice bang for the buck.

2005 Ram 2500 rear door fits.
2005 Dodge Ram 2500. Good fit for rear door. Only three of the mounting screws will line up, but it still works. Good basic speaker. It does the job.

Easy install, not reliable
These speakers put the mid in mid-range. I got them to replace the old factory speakers in my '92 Corolla. New wiring, a new head unit, everything. The amplifier and subwoofer aren't installed yet so I gave these a spin for about 4 days. The left one already crackles. The sound is not very dimensional without help from the stereo's bass and treble adjustments, but I can only set the bass to +3 out of 7 before the back left starts crackling and popping. It feels like an absolute waste of money. These aren't worth it if you want any kind of aftermarket amplifiers or subs, they won't be able to handle more soundscaping than what an 80w head unit can give them.

What else is there to say?? Have excellent sound quality when paired with a good amp. Not a lot of deep bass, but most 5” speakers come up short here. Make sure you check your mounting depth as quality speakers usually have a deeper bell.
