Wer Intterresse hat am Entsaften der sollte sich dieses Buch auf jedem fall kaufen da Joe Cross die Rezepte einfach aufgegliedert hat und immer gute Gesundheits beschreibungen zu denm jeweiligen Saft gibt. Es ist gleichermaßen für anfänger als auch für fortgeschrittene gut und einfach zu handhabem. Anyone who has interest in juicing should buy this book in any case since Joe Cross has simply broken down the recipes and always gives good health descriptions to each juice. It's equally good for beginners as well as advanced and easy to handle.

I need a reboot and juicing really helps. I’ve seen Joe’s documentary and it’s helpful reminder of some good go to juices. The book is a paperback with no fancy pictures but recipes are good and some new to me as a seasoned juicer. Good for inspiration.
