Very Gentle Detox
I've almost completed the full 28 days. On the box, it lays out the full 28 days and what teas you drink, when to drink them, and what they are for. It's helped me stay regular. I don't really feel as bloated as I did before starting the detox. It didn't cause any belly cramps. It's best to follow proper diet and exercise regimes for even better results. I'll definitely be purchasing again soon when I need to do another detox.

Horrible taste of the pomegranate lunch tea
So far I've only tried 1 and I hated it. Super bitter and had to force myself to drink the full cup and needed something afterwards to get the awful taste out of my mouth. I'm sure it would greatly benefit with honey or a sweetener being added but that kinda defeats the purpose of it all together.

Did it's job
There is nothing I dislike about this tea! I am using this along with keto + intermittent fasting. This tea has kept me regular which is hard to do while doing keto for me. The favors burst in your mouth and doesn't have any after taste. Love it and about to order my second box.

Nauseous and stomach pains
This tea made me terribly sick with severe cramps and nausea. The detox one in particular. My stomach was cramping so bad it was in knots. I'm not sure what the ingredients really are but I could no longer have another cup after 2 days.
