Fit on 2018 Ram but.
Put on my 2018 Ram 1500 by hand then used a torque wrench, no impact gun! Washed my truck that evening and the next morning there was surface rust. Dont know how well these will hold up.

Excellent quality for the price.
These lug nuts appear to be excellent quality. I could not spot a visible defect on any of them. Very good threads. My old OEM lug nuts were definitely swollen! Time will tell if they stand up to winters in the northeast....update 1-20-2021. They are chrome plated and 2 of the lugnuts have most of the chrome plating has peeled off. I will contact manufacturer to see if I can get replacements.

Metric Spec for Dodge Ram 1500
I finally had to do away with the poor quality chrome capped lug nuts that were on my 2012 Ram 1500 after many tire rotations took their toll. These were a perfect replacement and fitment to my wheels as Dodge switched their wheel studs to metric 14mm x1.5 pitch around the 2012 model year. Be sure to check your specifications before ordering but these worked out perfectly and look great with my chrome wheels.

These are great. Much better than a factory lugnut. My factory lugnuts were swollen and hard to get a socket on. You can tell these are of greater quality. And the finish on these look great.
