Q: Can these seeds be planted along a stream or creek?

That is watercress' natural habitat, so you can broadcast it on rocky soil near water, but will need to kept moist and above about 60f for a few weeks to germinate.

Q: How tall does this watercress grow?

Hi, Seller Here - it will grow 5-6" tall, but we think its best when harvested 2-3" tall (and it will grow back, you can reharvest 4-5 times before it becomes too "woody"

Q: Can you use them for sprouting?

You can but watercress takes much longer than many sprouts to germinate. If you're looking for similar "peppery-ness", we like Tatsoi and other mustard varieties. We also sell a spicy micro greens mix: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B015V939JS

Q: How can we plan the seed?

Watercress is normally planted in a coarse media (like pea gravel or perlite), but can also be planted in soil as well. Broadcast seeds fairly densely, a few per square inch. Keep very moist. Watercress takes a few weeks to germinate but once it starts growing you can harvest and re-harvest it many times (about 6 months).
