The CIVIVI Mini Praxis Damascus Folding Knife is absolutely outstanding for the price. The Damascus blade is beautiful and razor sharp right out of the box, with excellent edge retention and smooth deployment. It honestly feels like something that should cost way more than it does. The Guibourtia wood handle adds a premium look and feel, with great ergonomics and solid grip despite the compact size. It disappears in the pocket but still feels substantial and confident in hand, making it perfect for everyday carry, camping, or hiking. Fit and finish are top-notch—tight tolerances, smooth action, and zero blade play. CIVIVI really knocked it out of the park with this one. Overall, this knife delivers true high-end quality at a budget-friendly price. Easily feels like a $200 knife. If you’re on the fence, don’t be—this is a fantastic EDC.

Nice little EDC Pocketknife. The Damascus pattern is beautiful, nice handle too. Very smooth opening, well made. It has become my favorite EDC. Friends I've shown it to can't believe this quality at this price point!

Nice little knife. Very good swift action. Handle looks like wood but could be simulated small pattern burl-wood small version. Damascus looks real but could be etched as its a very small birds eye/rain drop style pattern - kinda. It looks good & feels good as a "small" pocket knife. Good tight pocket clip. Pictures attached. You decide. 4 screws. 2 for clip. Small flip switch with grip. Fits good in my medium sized hand. Hardware seems solid for longevity & EDC. Wood handle has grips but is slightly slick but solid if u hold tight. Front small finger guard has grip lines built in for slip prevention. Under legal size for most states... but of course check your local laws.

The knife is amazingly sharp and very nice in the hand and is amazing quality for the price point. My only gripe is the pocket clip placement on the knife. I like to carry in my left pocket with my keys and because of the side design of the knife, it often and very easily opens in my pocket giving me some really deep cuts that needed superglued when I reach for my keys. Again fantastic knife! I want to leave a fair warning for others that wish to carry in their left pocket.

the damascus blade is so nice and actually feels real, textured. it’s not totally smooth like a normal mini praxis. this is my third one so far, i lost the first, and exchanged the second for those one. the two before were a green g10 handle, and as one of my first knives i thought it couldn’t get any better, yet here comes this beauty. i thought they grip would be significantly worse with the wood, but comparing back and forth to my g10 though it felt different i didn’t see a difference in performance. the clicking in and out of place sounds are more crisp sounding, which is probably the difference in material. i wasn’t sure when i got this i was gonna give up my other mini praxis but when i got it in hand im ready to give it up in a heart beat lol. weights the same, the clips very snug, will probably get looser with time as did my last one. and the clips was the only place that showed wear in my time of using it before. so yeah, if you ain’t got it, what are you doing? the only possible issue i had out the box was that some of the steels pattern seems blurry almost? but that could be totally normal. and of course really well done packaging as always and cut quality is a1 without sharpening.
