Great product!
I bought this product because i read it regulates blood pressure and sugar among other things. I believe it's helping my blood pressure and it is also regulating my hormones. Since going through menopause, i have been suffering from hotflashes and vaginal irritation and i have been trying different natural supplements which helped some symptoms but never fully took xare of them completely. Since i have been taking amla both symptoms mentioned have been consistently getting better. Hotflashes gone all together! Very impressed by this product,.

This is good stuff! I was using the powder but it is so disgusting that I switched to the pills. Much easier to take and more palatable. 😜
