I have been using this tool for a number of weeks now as part of my day to day tasks within work, completing a range of warehouse operations and electrical/mechanical machine repairs and it certainly holds up to the job. The straight edge knife is great for cutting through outer cable sleeves when rewiring mains cables and opening boxes and certainly is the tool I've used the most so far. The saw blade is also great for cutting through cardboard when you need to put an odd size box together and cuts through cable ties easily if you are unable to get the plyers in to snip them off. The plyers themselves are also really sturdy and have been used countless times to hold/unscrew bolts when I cant find the right ratchet socket for the job thanks to the grooves on the central cut out combined with the long nose style end. The blades on the plyers are also strong enough to cut through three core 13A mains cables when required and use those more than I use my wire cutters. Also, the two smaller screwdrivers are the perfect size for electrical work such as rewiring plugs or replacing components linked to a terminal. Finally, the included belt pouch makes it so easy to keep the tool in easy reach at all times and is constantly on my hip while I'm at work. And the included torch is so bright and easy to work with. Plusthe adjustable focus is great when you want to focus on a particular part of a machine or want to look inside a machine tank to check for faults. Sadly, the first one I purchased was faulty however, after contacting them regarding this, they worked with me via email to diagnose the issue and sent a replacement multitool out to me as soon as they could. Every email was replied to within a day including evenings, weekends and even got replies on a Sunday so I cannot fault their customer service. So if you're looking for a decent multitool at a good price, I would definetly recommend this tool to anyone. The quality of the various tools and overall size of the unit make it a nice tool to work with in workshop/warehouse environment. I never work in the workshop without it!

So confession time, I am a huge collector of outdoor tools and toys. Everything from gas stoves to serious survival kit. I have been rating and reviewing this sort of kit since 1987 but this set wasn’t bought for review or my personal use. I bought it for my wife as she needs both items but tends to lose my expensive kit. I picked this set from Amazon as it looked right and had good reviews, I expected a cheap and cheerful product but what I got was very much better than the price suggested. The torch is easy to use, bright and stood up to quite violent testing. The multi tool is also excellent and also stood up to Violent testing. My violent testing methods have been perfected over three decades and have broken some very expensive tools in the first 30 seconds, this reasonably priced product survived all my tests AND worked perfectly afterwards. My message here is buy the product!, it would make a great present for anyone human or a similar species. I may buy a lot more for my nephews and nieces before Christmas knowing that I won’t get any “it broke on Boxing Day “ complaints.

a great multi tool i am very pleased with it comes in very handy

This tool is an ideal alternative to the Swiss Army Knife. It has almost every tool you can imagine for daily activities. Some of the tools are a bit fiddly to retract as they are so tightly packed together but once you have them retracted, you can lock them in place and use as needed. It comes with a small pouch you can attach to your belt meaning it is easy to carry around with you. The knife is sharp enough to cut most things you would need to cut. For the price, I think this is good tool and would recommend purchasing.

I use this type of multi tool on a daily basis and have been doing for years and during that time i have used and either broken, lost or simply stopped using certain models due to varying issues ,one of which was the safety of the device when using any of the multi tools ,retracting whilst in use being a big problem which has caused injuries in the past . Iam HAPPY to say that so far this model has proven to be excellent and SAFE , being the first multi tool i have used that has locked the selected tool in place whilst in use . Sturdy and robust construction have put this at the top of my preferred list and coupled with the ultra bright torch in the kit it has so far proved great value for money ,i only hope it continues to give the same quality of service and that the pouch lasts the course, as this is the other fault with most of this type of tool .

This product is a must have for anyone who goes camping, truck driving or general diy. The product is so sturdy and durable. I really like the way the tools stay locked into place when in use and can easily be folded back into the handle by the release of a simple catch. A handy torch with an adjustable beam completes the package and they both slide neatly into place in a holder that can attach to a belt. All in all top marks for design, usability and priced really well, you can’t go wrong.

This is far better than I thought it would be and stronger than some multi tools I've had previously. This came tops in the long list of multi tools I looked at and the locking system on this is easier than on a multi tool I already have, with arthritic hands this one is a blessing and this is the first I've bought which comes with a torch and that is great. If you are thinking about getting this then do, it will live up to your expectations. So much on this tool is perfect for use while camping, to leave this of your list will see you missing out on a great multi tool which will always have some use wherever you are.

This product is excellent quality all round and for the price you get a real deal at £15.00. You get the multi tool with all the various tools and one of the main things is when you are using one of the tools there is a lock so the tool you are using can not spring back to cut or hurt your fingers. The LED Tactical Flashlight has five settings the first three are different brightness and the remaining two are one is strobe light flashing and the other is S.O.S Flashing light, You can also pull the top part of the Flashlight further forward this will focus the light into a square beam so you can use it for more focused work. You also get a holder which will fit both multitool and flashlight at same you can attach it to your waist via belt loop. Ideal for fishing, camping, walking. Highly Recommended well done Essence.
