Best budget goggles for FPV
Honestly, I was not expecting these goggles to be as good as they are! The 3” screen and clone look had me skeptical at first, but I’ve been using these and I’m blown away by the clarity and color vibrance of the screen. These goggles are incredibly light and comfortable to wear. The face part is a good fit for my head shape and the foam blocks out 95% of light so that’s nice. These goggles appear to be rebranded VR-006 but with a single antenna which is not a huge loss seeing as how the “diversity” in the Eachine model is actually just 2 SMA wired in y configuration.Navigating the menu is fairly straightforward but you will need to know the frequency of your channel because it doesn’t display channel names. There is an osd inside the screen that shows battery voltage of the goggles and frequency of your signal that can be turned on or off in the settings menu if you find it distracting.Overall I’m satisfied with this product for the price it would be hard to beat. It has a smaller screen than the VR-007’s but it makes up for it with a higher resolution and sharp image. These work great for freestyle and tiny whoops but I wouldn’t recommend it for 5” racers because even though the picture is clear it can seem far away at times especially when you’re coming around a hairpin 180 it can be hard to track the gate and can be disorienting sometimes. Also it’s worth mentioning that QC is less than ideal since I received a non working unit. The screen was completely white and I couldn’t see the menu or anything. Arris offered to replace it but I declined and decided to open them up and fix it. Turns out the ribbon cable from the screen to the PCB was not connected properly because I re-seated it and it worked great after that. While I was in there I pulled out the stock battery and modified the connection to work with an external 18650 battery instead so I can’t comment on battery life or charging capabilities. It doesn’t have dvr and the antenna should be replaced with an omnidirectional such as a Pagoda. With that said it’s still a great option for beginner goggles or a spare set to be used for ride-alongs!

Hard to beat at the price. Great for kids
I was looking for an inexpensive second pair of goggles for my kids to be able to fly FPV or spectate and these fit the bill perfectly. The visual quality is on par with other box goggles that are much bulkier and more expensive.Although these are a box-style goggle, they are surprisingly small, which also means they're very lightweight. I don't think they would be comfortable for larger adults (for example, I can't wear most snapback hats because my head is too big, and these goggles aren't comfortable or really usable for me). But, for my use case of smaller humans, it's absolutely perfect. If you are getting seriously into the FPV hobby it's worth it to invest in a high-quality pair of goggles, but for kids, a backup pair, or just to have something a random spectator can throw on and watch, these are perfect and priced right. I also appreciate that they charge via mini USB and don't require a more specific charger, although the battery life may prove a challenge if you're trying to watch a full race day.One oddity that takes these from 4 stars to 5 is that the RP-SMA jacks on the goggles are male, meaning the majority of 5.8GHz RP-SMA antennas marketed to the FPV crowd will not work with these goggles. However, the stock antennas were surprisingly pretty good in the little bit I've used them so far.

Great
Ordered these on the fly as my EV800Ds are stuck somewhere in transit. If they don't show up I might just request a refund as these are way better than I expected. Image is smooth and range is acceptable for whoops. Much smaller than I thought they were gonna be which is actually very nice. They don't take up a lot of space in my storage case for all of my whoop stuff. No DVR but at this price range, but I am not disappointed. I was originally using an Android 5.8G receiver and my Galaxy S9+ in a pair of VR goggles, I am never going back to that again. Image quality and framerate on these goggles is like night and day compares to my old setup. I wish I just got these in the first place. If you need a pair of googles and don't want to spend a ton, look no further.

Works well but cheaply made.
This is much smaller than you think it is, but it does fit an adult sized head. I think it was build with a small child in mind but would not recommend it be used by one due to its lack of durability. It seems to work well, but very cheaply made. The one i got, one of the antennas did not screw all the way down and was vary loose and wobbled. Looks like the antenna was ether not soldered on the board or boke loose. However it still seems to work, but i question the range with only one working antenna. Returning it for a refund, may try something a little more durable. If you dont have kids that will use this prosuct and just want to wee if FPV is for you, you cant beat the price. If you want a it to last over 24 hours and have kids, get something else.

Can receive from maaaaaybe an inch away
Smaller than you might realize, but size didn't matter in this case. Video signal could only connect when drone was actually touching the goggles. Did not work at all as an fpv goggle since that requires more than zero distance between the transmitter and receiver. Thankfully was able to return.
