Good buy, good price but parents beware
Over all it’s a great bath toy, however the only down side is after a short time the balls start to grow mold in them and you have to throw them out. There is no way to clean them completely, I’ve tried. Although it has not happened to me I have heard and seen incidents where kids have gotten very sick from squirting themselves or a sibling with bath toys that get mold in them so are the first sign I just throw them out and get new ones it’s not worth the risk. Too bad toys like this that are rubbish get mold in them because they are great toys and good for if they are teething, it’s squishy for them to chew but impossible to keep from getting moldy and that’s any rubbish toys. My son loves this one though because it’s a basket ball hoop. This is my second one and it’s a reasonable price so I don’t feel too bad when I have to throw out the balls the down side is now I have 2 hoops because you can buy the balls separately which I wish you could because the hoops last. Overall I’d but it again

This toy made my daughter love bathtime again!
My daughter went through a phase around 16 months old where she screamed about getting in the tub. Every bath was a nightmare for her and for us, which was strange because she has always loved her bath before that. I decided to try getting some new toys for her to try to entice her back into the tub. She loves balls so this was a no-brainer purchase. It worked like a charm! First bath time, she didn't want to go in the tub, but she got right to the edge and played with the balls by throwing them into the tub. Two days later for our next attempt, she willingly let me put her in the tub so she could stand next to the hoop and put the balls into it. Third bath, she was sitting in the tub, playing with the balls and having so much fun with them that she didn't care that she was back in the water. Fast forward to three months later, and this is still one of her favorite bathtime toys. The hoop stays in place fairly well as long as the suction cup doesn't get wet. (We have an Aquaglass tub with smooth walls.) The balls do have a tiny hole in them so they can get water on the inside, so you should be aware that mold could grow inside the balls. We have not had any problems.

Suction cups are a joke. Otherwise, nice toy
Buying anything with suction cups is always a gamble, and one with low odds of success. But I got this anyway because I couldn't find any other alternatives for a bathtub hoop. Well, the suction cups are a total failure. Even on smooth wet tiles, they won't stay on for more than a couple of minutes, and that's if you don't touch them. So, impossible with a baby/toddler in the tub. Luckily we have one of those old ceramic soap holders with a handle built into the tiles on the wall, at just the right height, so I was able to tie the hoop to it. It's the only way it will not fall. It droops down now, but whatever... Better than nothing. My daughter loves it anyway, and loves putting all her bath toys through the hoop. I ended up cutting the bottom of the net to make it a true basketball basket so things could fall through. I don't understand the people complaining about that. All you need is scissors. The balls from this set have become my daughter's absolute bath-time favorite. No matter what other toys she has in the tub that day, she always asks for the balls, too. She has to hold them while I'm putting her pajamas on, too. She's obsessed with balls in general, and these are definitely her favorite, for some reason. I wish they didn't have holes (I'm always suspicious of mold), but on the other hand, she loves that they squish down pretty flat when she bites them, which wouldn't have been possible without the holes. No mold yet so we're happy. I just wish the damn suction cups would actually work!

Fun, but fragile.
Both of my boys are obsessed with balls. My older son holds onto a ball in his bed for comfort when he is not feeling well. This seemed like a perfect gift for him. Unfortunately, it would not stick to the tiles in our tub, which we thought was a chance. So, instead we set it up on the reinforced glass of our porch door, and let the kids have fun. They were having a good time, until their older sister went to pull it down to move it higher, and one of the suction cups held tight to the glass, and pulled free of the hoop. This was the first time it was ever moved, on the day we opened it.In looking at it, this seems like it would be a common problem. When you pull, the small amount of rubber backing condenses, and will wedge itself through the two prongs holding it. I was torn between returning it, or seeing about fixing it. Eventually, I took a butter knife, and pried it just enough that I could get the suction cup back on. . I then took Elmer's glue, flapped back the side of the suction cup, and filled the hole on both suction cups with the glue, and set it to dry. While this is a simple, fun toy, I would caution you if you are ever to move it, make sure you pull up the tab up on the suction cups to disengage it, vs trying to pull on the rim at all. . . unfortunately, that is a tough sell for smaller hands.

Good little toy for the price
I bought this for my son. He loves bath time. He also loves playing with balls so this was the perfect gift. It is just the right size for a toddler. The suction cups stick to our shower wall well. The net is closed at the bottom so the balls do not go through like a normal hoop. We love this though. The balls have a small whole in each one. I used a hot glue gun to seal it. The whole is intended to let the water come out of the balls. I do not like this feature though, due to mold. It is an easy fix with just a little bit of hot glue. Overall this is a good bath toy for any toddler.

All around sturdy little toy for hand eye coordination.
I use this for my grandson in the tub. He can get it off the side of the tub, he has to work really hard to do it. He has figured out, if it is wet you can slide it to where you want to play. You can also slide it to the edge of a tile to get it to ease off. He is 16 months and it is very durable for him. Tiny hole in each of the balls so that we can squirt water at him. We can also clear the balls of water at the end of each bath easily.
