I bought this for my husband as his vitamin D levels were very low. Started to put this in his tea that he drinks all day and when we went to his annual exam his vitamin D levels were well in the normal range. He feels better and has more energy. In the winter, not outside as much getting the vitamin D I need. You can get depression from lack of vitamin D. Along with back ache, muscle issues, fatigue...
