Purchased a back-up set of toner when I first purchased the printer (April 2018) ... needed to replace the original set today. The cyan cartridge was delivered in an unsealed yellow sleeve (as were the others) but registered "empty" when the printer was turned back on - obviously defective -but I can't tell if empty or defective chip ... I have not been able to evaluate the other cartridges because the printer obviously will not print. Please advise.

I am modifying my review. The colored cartridges are creating shadowed font.1/22/2019New cartridges were sent, firmware update and they are functioning perfectly.Email customer support if you have an issue. They will resolve it.

I have found these cartridges to last longer than the "name brand"

The blue one is making some spots in the first and second pages of a printing job, when the printer start printing the first job.
