A Timeless Adventure – Still as Fun as Ever!
Mr. Peabody & Sherman has been a favorite of mine since childhood, and I still enjoy it just as much today. The clever mix of history, humor, and heartwarming moments makes this movie an absolute treat. Mr. Peabody’s intelligence paired with Sherman’s curiosity takes you on a fun and educational adventure through time. It’s one of those movies that never gets old, and I love being able to watch it anytime now. Perfect for both kids and adults, it’s a great film for family movie nights! Highly recommend!

A great trip Wabac for R&B fans, and awesome fun for newcomers too.
I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!! I had a BluRay of this before. Mostly bought this because my original lacked bonus features. The movie itself Is a wonderful tribute to the classic Sherman and Peabody shorts. They did change a few things since they are updating Sherman and Peabody for a new generation as well as trying to make a feature-length film. It focuses alot more on the father/son relationship between everyone's favorite dog and his boy than the shorts ever did, which is cool. The Waybac also gets an incredible upgrade, going from a simple door portal to a spherical red time-ship. There are also many more characters introduced, including Penny Peterson and family and The evil CPA social worker Ms. Grunion, along side historical figures such as Robespierre, Marie Antoinette, Leonardo De Vinci, King Tut, and Agememnon. Plus, the music is done by Danny Elfman, aside from John Lennon's Beautiful Boy and Grizfolk's Way back When. Both of which are WONDERFUL songs. As for bonus features, there are quite a few great ones, including the premiere Rocky and Bullwinkle and Friends episode where Mr. Peabody and Sherman got their start. Then there is a featurette that traces the history of Mr. Peabody and Sherman from the 50s-60s shorts to The 2014 movie. There's also a tour of the Waybac hosted by Mr. Peabody (Ty Barrell), A featurette discussing the possibility and science of Time Travel, a funny look on Mr. Peabody and Sherman's mark on history, The hand and feet ceremony at the Mr. Peabody and Sherman premiere at the Chinese theater in Hollywood featuring appearences by other famous canines in TV and cinema, a memory game and jigsaw puzzle game, the theatrical trailer, and more. It also comes with a handy digital copy for Ultraviolet or Itunes.Whether you grew up with Rocky and Bullwinkle or are just curious about this movie, you will love this movie.

Good Family Movie
Browsing Netflix one day I came across this show called the "Mr. Peabody and Sherman Show" and as I look at the little box showing a snippet of the characters, I noticed the dog which triggered a long-dormant memory from my childhood. I thought he looked more or less like the dog in the Rocky and Buwinkill show I used to watch as a child in the late 80s and early 90s. When I looked it up I was surprised to see that my suspicions were correct and that Dreamworks Animation Studios had acquired the rights and made a movie along with eh Netflix re-boot. I watched the movie and decided that I needed to buy it for the extra content and because I very much enjoyed it.Mr. Peabody and his boy, Sherman go on a whirlwind of an adventure through time to see some of History's most iconic events. In this movie, they visit Revolutionary France, ancient Egypt, Rennaissance Italy (Florance), and the Trojan War. Not all of the movie is fictional though, that's what I liked about Mr. Peabody and Sherman through all three (3) of its iterations, (Movie, Netflix shows, 60s era show) that it is in reality and has a bit of truth to it so long as you can spot it. The movie is good and leaves the door open for more Mr. Peabody and Sherman movies to come. It's also a nostalgia thing for me personally. I credit Dreamworks for going for this and look forward to what they decide to do with the IP in the future.*Insert Pun Here*
