I have only used this once to fry an egg but I bought it because my friend bought this 3 years ago, is still using it, it is still non stick and does not look worn at all. Use on the hib for frying or in the oven.

I had a castey induction flat tray for past 12Years. So, on needing a replacement, I had no hesitation in buying this product again.It is the right size for my oven and induction job.Highly recommended!!

I have been using Castey casserole dishes for some time and needed this size as a perfect 2-4 person option. Cleans beautifully and a good size on the hob. The removable silicon handles are a nice feature for when it's used in the oven

This pot is versatile you can fry, steam, and roast or casserole in the oven. It goes from cooker to the table. It looks good I love the pots.

Mejor de lo descrito, llegó antes de lo esperado, fácil de limpiar, parece sólido, las asas de silicona son realmente prácticas, la altura de los bordes ayuda a cocinar en el horno

Prodotto fantastico, ottima qualità. I cibi non attaccano ed è facilissimo da pulire. Lo uso sia sui fornelli a gas che sul piano ad induzione.

Mein Modell ist unten nicht plan. Hitzeentwicklung auch nicht gleichmäßig bis zum Rand, obwohl Alu ja ein guter Wärmeleiter ist. Das ist vermutlich einfach der Form geschuldet. Über die Beschichtung weiß man auch nichts. Ich habs mir für den Gaskocher und Camping gekauft, für Spiegelei und Toast (eckig) rösten. Dafür taugt's erst mal. Langzeiterfahrung hab ich keine. Für den Preis ok -wenn nicht auf Ceran oder ähnlich betrieben - ist ja massiver Aluguss mit einer was auch immer Beschichtung.- angeblich kein Teflon - aber sehr antihaftend.Andere bekommen vielleicht ein Modell das plan ist.Nehmt einfach ne Gusseisenpfanne, gibt's billig, plan ist bei den billigen Modellen aber auch Glücksache und eckig ist meistens geriffel. Das war für mich der Grund die zu kaufen, nehm aber immer noch ne echte GussEISENpfanne mit. Ist ja aber Geschmackssache. Nix für ungut
