Been taking creatine for about 2 years straight now, usually toss 5 grams in with my protein shake. Ghost creatine in my opinion mixes the best, it’s a very fine powder and not gritty like some other ones. Will buy again!

Solid creatine. Harder to dissolve than other flavored Ghost products that include creatine though. Pretty flavorless, mostly adds a bit of a sandy texture.

It’s flavorless creatine powder idk what you expect. I like that the spoon is in a holder when you get it so it doesn’t get lost inside the powder.

Exactly what you’d expect from a company like GHOST. Great product, amazing packaging, just wish price was lower 😅
