First off I know my review is late that was intentionally done this is a long term review I have lactose problems to where flem gets caught in my throat and I turn blue or purple and start chocking now ived tried 4 different protein powder company brands bought at multiple stores: nutribio is only one i got from amazon and here is my unbiased review and comparison best overall 1st= NUTRIBIO unflavored protein powder 79 servings= great product no side effects complete label transparency and customer service is amazing they take there time and talk with you i would recommend them to others any day of the week, 2nd= OPTIMUM NUTRITION 100% GOLD STANDARD WHEY double rich chocolate 74 servings purchased at walmart = this product is complete garbage 1st it has a protein blend mixture with no percentage breakdown, 2nd it has cocoa powder that is processed with akali which is 20-30 times sweeter than Stevia it dosnt mix well, and it made my heart beat to fast to the point i can hear my heart beat from my ears after 60 days of using it, 3rd=BODY TECH chocolate flavor 71 servings purchased at vitamin shoppe= in short its a placebo it has no taste I mixed with water and milk it tasted bland it also has cocoa processed with akali I don't understand how that's possible I would not recommend this product it's a waste of money 4th= SUNWARRIOR PROTEIN POWDER chocolate 90 servings bought via sunwarrior website= in short pure garbage, it has organic Dutch chocolate which is nice clean ingredient then right after they put organic chocolate flavor, and they have 4 different artificial sweetners it was extremely sweet and never mixed right and again was like I was using a placebo I made the mistake of getting there creatine too and that's it now for something else that needs to be said and in my opinion every 1 STAR REVIEW: that says the label is misleading needs to be taken off due to LACK OF INGREDIENT RESEARCH IS FROM THE CUSTOMER SIDE = SUNFLOWER LETCHIN this ingredient is used for increased shelf life, taste consistency, and color of the product other than that I will buy from them again in the future.

I really enjoy this protein powder. Whether mixed with water or with milk it does mix up nicely. The flavors are very nice (all of them) but my regular favorite is the Cookies'n' Cream. It lasts a long time and the price is very reasonable. It is also Kosher if that is important to you.

Best protein available. 14 years taking this product and I’ve tried all them starting with Joe Weider 25 years ago that would make a goat vomit, MetRX white box, EAS, Myoplex, Dymatize, and a dozen others. There’s a negative comment here from George who apparently, has no clue whatsoever regarding sunflower lecithin. This is not a seed oil produced with hexane at high temperatures and bleached etc. like those you should avoid. do your homework before steering people away from a product that is everything it claims to be. Sunflower lecithin is added to protein powders as a natural emulsifier to improve mixability, creating a smoother, clump-free texture when dissolved in water or milk. It is a non-GMO alternative to soy lecithin, valued for its antioxidant properties and as a source of choline, which supports brain health.

Taste is really good to compare with other products. I used to have GMC protein, and in terms of taste, this is much better. But the price is a bit higher than getting from the store. I would purchase from the store next time. Normally they have buy one get 50% off deal.

UPDATE: Still one of the best in my opinion especially as clean as this product is (and I've been a weight-lifter and protein shake drinker for several decades now). So far, my opinion on flavors: Strawberry #1, Cinnamon Donut #2 (both good on their own. Strawberry is excellent for cream cheese fat bombs and frozen mousse/ice cream). The Chocolate was good after I added unsweetened baking cocoa to it. The Blueberry Muffin was good in my keto cheese cake (protein powder, sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix, cream cheese). The Vanilla Caramel was ok. A bit too... something... not sure what it was about it, but it wasn't for me. Mixed in sf banana pudding it was pretty good. A mint chocolate would be super awesome. (= A big Thank You to NutroBIO for putting in the time to develop these powders! Original review: I've been no sugar, super low carb for a while so this tastes super sweet to me (I got Blueberry Muffin). That said, I think the sweetness will be an advantage because I can use less but achieve the same goal - a tasty, healthier mug cake, shake, cheesecake, etc., which is why I bought this. I'm looking forward to trying additional flavors and making some fun combos. Cheers!
