I just started Keto diet and I have and always will have a sweet tooth. I purchased the Bubblegum flavoring and experimented a little. My ingredients for recipe using my Vitamix blender; 1 cup Organic heavy whipping cream, 4 TBSP Swerve confectioners, 1/4 cup defrosted unsweetened strawberries, 1/2 tsp Loranns Bumblegum Flavoring, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Blended until mixed then added 1/2 Cup frozen unsweetened Strawberries and blended until desired strawberry chucks. Poured frosty mixture into 4 ounce popsicle tray. Recipe yields 6 Keto friendly deserts. Tastes is amazing. I got the 1 ounce bottle and just ordered more as I know it’s going to be gone in no time. Quality flavor. It is very concentrated so for smaller batches I would start with 1/8-1/4 tsp and add more to your desired taste preference.

However, it takes so much to get even a hint of the flavoring. I use these SS Flavors in the filling of macarons, and it makes up for the shells not being flavored. It only takes 1/4 tsp for 2 cups of filling. The taste is incredible and exactly as it is supposed to be. I have, by accident, used too much flavoring, and it didn’t go well. Other exact taste flavors I use: LorAnn Oils Orange Cream 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Green Apple 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Key Lime 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Blueberry 1.0 fl oz LorAnn Oils Tropical Punch (Passion Fruit 1.0 fl oz This flavor is exactly as advertised, and taste as it should. The PRICE is in the usual range.

I added 11/2 teaspoons to my homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream (which made about a gallon). It had a subtle hint of chocolate flavor that really made it special. Everyone loved the taste. I just wish it came in a larger size.

I do not like most mint flavorings. This one proved an excellent exception. I wanted to use it with my favorite chocolate cake recipe in order to make the cake taste like a cake version of Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookies. Nailed it. The cake and the icing turned out perfectly. Absolutely delicious. It is great in hot chocolate also. Just a few drops add that perfect hint of mint.

Used it for ice cream making. Tastes just like the ones we buy at the ice cream shop. My daughter loves it!
