I am over the moon pleased with this fantastic product. First off it is healthy with oatmeal, seeds and fiber...low sugar. Secondly the flavors are absolutely fantastic. The glazed blueberry doughnut tastes like a blueberry doughnut without the guilt. My wife has dementia...and eating with utensils is difficult...she just drinks this fantastic product and gets a bunch of good stuff. She loves it. Every flavor is true to what it is advertised. We are hooked...looking forward to the Mango Custard tomorrow...it will be delicious. You have to buy this...and at $1.50 a bag...a real value.

I like the simple idea of mixing the night before, I would suggest using half the milk because the oatmeal is way to much liquid, I tried the next package with half the milk and enjoyed much more. Tastes is wonderful but too much sugar a bit on the sweet side.
