My initial order was filled incorrectly and was late. That aside, the customer service was perfect. They solved the problem without any difficulty and did so as quickly as possible. Product is great.

I make sourdough bread and for me, this flour is must!!! It does make a difference in the height and quality of your bread in my opinion, I order six packs at a time. Always delivered nicely with no issues. Will buy again.

Fell for this. It’s a $100 with a five stars? (1 review) I was in a bind because I couldn’t find this flour near me. Glad I decided to bake some things because it didn’t come in the same package. The right packaging (blue throughout) is on Amazon. Nothing turned out. Rolls, cinn rolls, sourdough …from a recipe I have used for over 15 years. 30+ years on white bread and cinnamon rolls. I should have calmed myself and read every word. But I saw visit the King Arther store. It was overpriced too…. It didn’t rise properly, it fell quite a bit, It was more yellow than white and didn’t have the taste. White bread had air pockets throughout. Those test proare still sitting on my breakfast bar..even the cinnamon rolls! My mom friends were able to together so I could bake for a large extended family (not mine, I would have been more ashamed than I am right now.) and everything turned out great! If it says no return….don't take the chance! I have learn my lesson well.
