Just got this Coolcrazy Dash Cam. Only installed the front camera. After driving all day, we looked at the videos and they seem pixelated. It doesn't look like true 4K. It may be 2K with some type of enhancement logic? So the next day of our travels, we set it up for 2K resolution and the clarity actually looks better than the 4K setting. During the daytime, license plates are legible at a few car lengths or closer. We have another Dash Cam that says it's also 4K and it looks sharp like our 4K Television, unlike the Coolcrazy brand. Will test and continue to evaluate it. The GPS reports Altitude in “Meters” instead of Feet. Haven’t found a way to change it to feet?

Works well, great picture quality especially given the price. Very clear picture and little blur. One thing the manufacturer should consider is an optional extender cord for the rear view. I drive a Subaru Outback, which is basically a glorified hatchback. I'm a bit of a "neat freak", especially when it comes to cords (occupational hazard). To keep the rear facing cord hid, I tucked it in along the passenger side door frame at the floor board. I had to mount it on my "Trunk" cover instead of on the hatch at the window. Not a big deal at all, still has great line of sight, but the cord length may be a deal breaker for some crossovers, vans, large SUVs if the owner doesn't want cords all over the place.

Very good quality video's, good distance, day and night would buy again 2 things I don't like when driving if need to turn the camera around, you cannot, have to go into menu which is a problem when driving. Every month or so the format comes up and you to mess with it to turn it off.

After less than a year, the suction cup mount started coming loose, letting the camera fall at random times. I understand it may fall when it's especially hot out. But ~21 months after purchase, the suction cup mount does not stay up at all and no longer functions, no matter how well I clean it or the windshield, or apply liquid to help the seal. The falling has caused damage to the camera which now has a settings button that works but doesn't click and the camera itself now randomly turns off and on, even while driving. The camera did develop strange waves in the screen very soon after purchasing (maybe 3 months), but it didn't affect function, just the appearance of the screen. The camera itself is fine and I haven't had a problem with it. It connects and records. Setup is easy. But the suction cup mount is very poor quality and will eventually cause damage to the camera when it falls. Edit 9/12/26: Changed review to 1 star. Customer support contacted me telling me they'd send me a new suction cup mount, and asked me for details to fulfill the replacement. They sent multiple emails, some with the wrong name and some duplicated. I sent them what they requested, and they promptly took my personal information and sent it to different companies that are now spamming me with support request confirmations for products I didn't order. Awful, terrible, despicable customer service from this company. Do not expect any sort of help if something doesn't work or stops working. Expect them to go out of their way to make the experience worse.

It worked for almost a year. Now it turns on, looks nice in the car. But the app won't let me pull up the videos. Keeps saying it can't connect to camera. Now it's trash.

Fast delivery, easy set up. Worth the purchase

I have no issues with this product after trying 2 dashcams before (1 from tiktok shop and 1 from ebay) This one is slightly higher price wise but setup and user friendly makes it so worth it. I am more impressed with the durability and quality material used. Plus it looks stylish and compliments car interior nicely.

Gute Kamera bin zufrieden, vorallem für den jetzigen Preis ein guter Deal. An alle die Probleme mit der App haben, ladet einfach die App runter die den selben Namen hat wie die Kamera (CoolCrazy) nicht die Viidure App. Und zu der Bewertung von Bambi, das Wifi muss nicht aktiv sein damit die Kamers aufnimmt, die startet sobald die Zündung an ist und klar hat die hintere Kamera auch ein Kabel, was denn sonst. Ich empfehle einigen mal auf YT nach Reviews zu schauen, das würde wohl einige Fragen beantworten bevor man eine schlechte Rezension schreibt. Zudem habe ich noch keine kabellose Dashcam mit Akku gesehen... komische Sachen die ihr euch da ausdenkt. Die Kamera ist gut und solide und für den Preis haben nur wenige einen Saugnapf. Einfache Installation und mit Ersatzfolie.
