Good but needs to be packaged better

Amazing product, I buy it all the time when I run out, only this time, the shampoo had burst and leaked out everywhere. The bottle was empty. The bottles need to be packaged better to prevent this happening during shipment. Maybe wrap the bottles in bubble wrap?
