Good stuff! Seems to work and calm down,, tastes okay and good value.

We bought these for our daughter who freaks out at gymnastics every now and then.....worked a dream when she got nervous about a new skill and so they've become a weekly thing at the beginning of her class - we've seen such an improvement in her focus. Also tried on our very hyper 5yr old for his classes and again, noticeable difference, he's still a little hyper but definitely listens better. Still not entirely sure its not a placebo effect, but if it keeps the kids calm & happy, im happy too.

After hearing lots of amazing recommendations about this product I had to try it. My son struggles with sleep as he has ADHD and so I gave this a go. It comes in a small bottle with a pipet attached to lid. It’s easy to use and you can put drops into a bedtime bottle or straight on tongue. Due to how much my son struggles it didn’t help with him going to sleep any earlier or falling asleep faster unfortunately but I will say that on some occasions I did notice some calming effects but my sons calm is still very energetic to others. I have heard so many good things and have seen it work for other mums with getting their child into a better and easier bedtime routine so I would still recommend that it is worth a try. The product is of good quality and is pretty much tasteless which makes it easier to give to children. Also good for little ones that notice something added to a drink as this is more difficult for them to detect.

Doesn't have any fussy taste, you cant barely taste nothing. I cant really say it works 100%, but it might do around 30/40% I guess. Does help ease down kids energy but doesnt make them sleepy at all. Used it for 2 weeks now and it doesnt make them sleepy but takes off a little less energy when needed. So, that's why I'm giving only 3 stars.

I’m going to give it 5 because they really do seem to calm my child, she’s just started secondary and always anxious but she takes one before she leaves and says she feels better, soo I take her word for it

Not sure if it’s a placebo, but these help my neurodivergent child when they’re overwhelmed. We’ve got a few bottles scattered around so they’re always on hand.

Hard to chew as very solid and have no impact on kids
