This unit does the job. The stimulation is strong. I Love all of the different modes and that I can do 2 places at the same time. I Love the back belt. I suffer with several chronic pain conditions and have had 3 major back surgeries. I live in pain all the time. I've only used this TENS 24 once but it really did relieve my pain. The slippers are on the small size because I have big feet. They still work fine though. I'm sure they made them average size. Battery power is great. I have been having a TENS unit for many years. This Neumedics TENS 24 takes it to another level. I highly recommend it. Oh, it also comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Pulse settings and power are both very versatile so you get what you need where you want it. It takes about 20 minutes to go through all of the settings to figure out what you're trying to get but once you do it's easy to set up every time to get what you need and works very good. I've been able to use mine at almost max power for 6 hours without a recharge still going strong battery shows almost full still very happy with the product so far would definitely buy it again would definitely recommend to anyone. Price was right, only thing I would change is make it a touch screen the screen is already big enough just needs the adaptation of touch to make it 10 times faster

Pros: Excellent tens machine. Good variance in vibrations and choices. Plenty of power, battery display on screen keeps you aware of charge remaining. A single charge lasts several hours. Cons: Owners manual states that if you hold the mode button down for 3 seconds it will scroll quickly through the various modes. This does not happen, so the mode button must be pressed many times to get where you want. The acu, knead, tap, and constant modes require from 18 to 24 taps to reach those modes, which should be at the beginning of the cycle rather than the end. Lastly, the constant mode does not allow for acu, tap, knead or constant.

If you have a high pain threshold this is not the one for you. If you do not then this is the perfect product for you. The foot massage option is weird but cool because the sensation goes all the way to your knees. I gave this product a 3 out of 5 stars because on the second setting the intensity is not high enough for me. I turn it up half way I start feel the electrodes. The second reason is because the waist belt option only works with some type of gel which does not come with the purchase. The pad holder option only holds 2 pads which sucks because if you have neck tension and sciatic issues at the same time where do you put the other two pads?

I'm only 32 but have extremely bad back problems from a bad injury working in body shops. My whole lower back has herniated disc's that are needing surgery. I have severe arthritis in my spine, and degenerative disc's disease. I've spent a lot of money for physical therapy, and other non narcotic pain management things like spas and massages, acupuncture. I refuse to take medicine for pain that isn't ibuprofen or tylenol no matter my pain. But this device for what it is, has probably helped my back than the dozens of 100s of dollars spent. I paid the price for this just for it to do what I was going to a chiropractor for. Granted it might be slightly different, but it does the same job really and haven't really gone to a doctor for them to use a chair for my back since getting this. Granted, this is not a cure for back pain, but it surely helps when I'm having a hard time moving and not spending 75-100$ on a doctor visit. The heating option is such a nice additive for the rollers. I tried one similar to this and it hurt my back more than ever, but this has a padded part you can flip up or down to decrease the pressure and give a little cushion, or lift up for more direct. This made my back feel better, not worse unlike another device similar to this.

This Tim’s machine really works great and very inexpensive. I like rechargeable feature which makes it very convenient.
