What are the un-stretched and fully-stretched lengths of the band?

Hello- The un-stretched length is about 40 inches long. I really couldn’t tell you the fully-stretched length. It works well for the resisted hip hinge exercises. I haven’t used it to do pull ups, but I have a feeling that’s the primary exercise that you can do with this band. I’m a female 5” 3 125lbs and I’m just giving my sincerely opinion. I’m sure a review coming from a male would be a lot different. I also ordered the “WODFitters Stretch Resistance Band (Red One)” and I love that one. It has the perfect resistance for me. I can work my whole body with it, even squats, and you get a hell of a workout with it. Hope this helps🙂

I need to know which band is medium, because what i need to order?

Hi there the green band is like 25 lbs,I personally wished i had bought the blue or black.....they just seemed to be a stronger band..the green one works for light works outs for now..

Good resistance band for warmup purpose
