I have been very impressed with my YoLink Water Leak Starter Kit. It is well put together. I even added an additional order from YoLink adding more sensors to do our entire house with them. The app is very good and allows you to organize which room and location the sensors are. Then what really got me was I had a couple questions about where and how to place the sensors on the biggest possibility of having a leak - around the refrigerator and the dishwasher. I sent a note to YoLink and after a short time got an answer from their support team with Thomas. It did not stop there, I sent a reply with another question and heard back. I value customer support with anything I buy and YoLink exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their products. Thank you YoLink! Added comments - 2 days later while watching TV in the evening, my Apple watch buzzed with my YoLink app alerting me to a leak in the basement storage area. I picked up my phone & checked to see that the sensor by the water lines was the one alerting. I went downstairs & found that there was a small water puddle under and around the pressure booster pump. I had placed a water leak sensor 1 right under the lines coming from the pump and this is the one that alerted me to the leak! I am super pleased with the early detection before I ended up with major damage. Great product!

After a refrigerator ice valve cracked and slow-dripped its way to a $55k hardwood floor redo, I wanted a water alarm system for every plumbing point in our home. This system was well-reviewed, and importantly will allow me to eventually upgrade to an automatic water main shut-off valve in the near future. Super expandable, small footprint, well-constructed with an easy to use app showing each sensors status and remaining battery life; brings me much-needed peace of mind. I especially like the string sensors for under the dishwasher and refrigerator as they cover a large area for potential leaks, but wish there was a way to shut off their built-in audio alarms without having to pull the sensor out to dry it. The standard sensors don't seem to have the audio.

These really do work. After installing the valve I wanted to know how wet these had to be to tell the valve to close. By only wetting my finger and touching the two terminals on the back of the sensor the valve closed. I was sold !!! I have placed these under sinks where you do not look often and as a contractor this is where most water damage happens and causes damage to cabinets before it is noticed. I also installed on the floor in my utility room where the water supply comes into the home. Behind toilets is a good place due to toilet supply lines are known to break. I fell much better knowing I will be notified of a leak well before any damage is caused. You can name each sensor so if it detects a leak, it will tell you where the sensor is. The app works great. I am actually looking to purchase another set to place around in more locations for better peace of mind.

From the moment I opened the box, this product reeks of QUALITY. You can see it, you can feel it when you hold the sensors in your hand. Excellent instructions written by someone who took the time to install the product (read carefully). Could not be happier.

excellent product, easy to install, water resistant and safe to use, the hub is easy to use and configure with the phone application, once you pair them with your control valve they will protect your home from water damage and save you money with your insurance company.
