Great product

This is a little pricey but it's worth it! The quality is good, the taste is a little bitter but not bad, when you open the bottle, it smells like maple syrup! I noticed that every time I take it, my energy level is better, and I'm just talking about 1 capsule, they recommended 3 capsules a day, I tried 2 capsules, it's giving me a little heartburn. So, from now, I'll be taking 1 per day and 2 for next months ahead. It's effective for me especially I'm 40 years old and I'm experiencing a pre-menopausal stage, and I need the extra energy.

I don't have any digestive issuses with taking this product, not sure if I can tell if it is making a difference with collagen or not. I do notice that the odor/smell from the product comes out in my pores. Hoping that will go away.

Has given me energy and makes me feel my hormones are more balanced.

Don't feel a difference.
