I decided to try some expensive sardines alongside some inexpensive sardines and these hold their own really well against Mediterranean sardines that cost 4x as much. They are small but the flavor is really nice and light. They are good cooking sardines for sure but you could absolutely serve these to guests at a buffet.

It was good, and tge price was reasonable. Also, I didn't have to buy one at a time.

The fish are on the small side, but they are good quality and delicious. Best eaten with rice, on a bagel or slice of bread.

The cost of commercial dog food has gotten insane. So, I have been working and exploring options using human food. Dogs' digestion can and does handle bones that aren't cooked to the point of being brittle. My dogs are not a fan of dry dog food, but, the budget doesn't permit wet dog food. But, when I add a can of these onto the top of the kibble they are much more prone to eating it - even if it is just a bit. They get the nutrition without additives, etc. Real food. I would love to see the industry update the canning format since it is a bit precarious. But, I suspect that will happen. I like the oil rather than water packing since it adds more calories and flavor for my dogs. I only use it once a week, rotating other options into the diet. But, the cost factor is quite favorable.
