Works great to attract flying insects.
Light on top and bottom work great. Definitely attracts bugs....didn’t have mosquitoes at this campsite like before but if other small flying insects and moths were drawn to it, I’m guessing mosquitoes would be too.

Leaves a little to be desired.
It works. It zaps probably 10-15 bugs each night, which just isn't that much. It cleans easily. It's quite a bit smaller than I was expecting. For the price, I was expecting it to be more effective. One particular problem is that the moths like it so much that they crawl up under the bug zapper net, but the zapper isn't strong enough to kill them. The labels, as seen in the product's pictures, are misspelled. Input is spelled "Inupt." The creatively translated directions also say that the light is done charging when the indicator light changes from red to green. The light on ours is a very distinct blue. It's a small detail, but these small details add up and bring into doubt the quality of the product.

Awesome
I typically don't wax poetic about a bug light but this little lamp is fabulous. I had an infestation of fruit flies and/or gnats (undetermined). I purchased this along with another zapper. This one is amazing: it charges via USB and seems to run a good 24 hours off the battery, it does really well killing gnats/fruit flies (I haven't had a mosquito problem so can't comment on its abilities there), you simply spray it with water to clean it, there's a regular light on the bottom so at night I use it to kill off any errant bugs and as a downstairs nightlight as well.

Should be listed as a Kids Toy - Dont waste your money, spend the extra $ for a real bug zapper
This thing looks more like a kids toy that would go in a tent while camping in your backyard. I haven't seen it kill anything. Its basically just a blue light. It is very compact/portable, but I dont believe it works as a bug zapper.

Blue light broke after one weekend
This thing was awesome, and definitely worked as advertised. I took it camping, and it did an excellent job both attracting and killing bugs. The lantern part of it is decent, but it is definitely designed to be used as a hanging light rather than as an actual lantern. It is nice that looking at the shade around the light doesn't blind me.At the end of the weekend I cleaned off the bug zapper with water, though I had to poke at a few of the dead bugs with a paperclip to get them unstuck. I recently noticed a couple bugs made it into my house, so I took the little zapper out to take care of them... and unfortunately the blue light won't turn on. I have no idea if the actual zapper part is working or not, but it's pretty worthless without the attractant. I'm really sad that it doesn't work anymore, and I might try to take it apart and see if I can do anything about it internally. Either this thing isn't as waterproof as it claims (all I did was rinse it off, not submerge it), or the durability just isn't there.Overall it feels nice, works well, and 'folds' up to be pretty small. I really want to like it, but I also really want it to work. The purple on the buttons and stuff is a nice touch - I like purple, and think it makes it look good.

Works great!
Every time I use this it ends up full of dead bugs, so clearly it's doing its job! One charge lasts for several hours.

Worked great for all of 2 days...
Zapper and blue light portion died after 2 days of use. The white LED light for the lamp still works, but I bought this to kill bugs not as a lamp/flashlight. I do NOT recommend. Returning for refund.
