I don't know, but we didn't get any that didn't work. We have them out for Halloween and the kids loved them.

Can these be submerged in water for center table decor

I actually don't know. My daughter turned 17 in May and I ordered them for her to hand out to her friends at school on her birthday. The few we have left still work. She said her friends loved them. ------- I did buy light up orbs that were around the size of a tennis ball and they can get wet or just set on a table for decorations. They were really cool. I don't know what web site I ordered them from though. They are about $5.00-7.00 each.

how many batteries are in each ring? (trying to figure out if my toddler swallowed one... otw to the ER...)
