Seed Needs, Chamomile Seed Packet Collection (Roman/German Chamomile Seeds for Planting) Heirloom, Non-GMO & Untreated

Good seeds. Good quality.All of them have sprout after 2-3 weeks. I grow them outside directly in the ground.

I started planting the seeds on December 25. That’s about 15 days ago. Look at the picture I posted.I keep them in the sun outside during the day and bring it inside during the cold nights. Looks pretty good so far.

I bought these seeds to grow indoors under my grow lights so that I would have fresh chamomile tea to drink over the coming Winter months.Both pots of plants are coming along nicely. The Roman sprouted first (pot on the left), but the German (pot on the right) when it did finally come up has grown like a weed and is now taller than its Roman counterpart.Now as with all things it is just a waiting game for the flowers to grow as this is my first time growing chamomile indoors I have no clue as to how long until the plant reaches maturity, but half the fun is the journey so we shall see.

I bought these because I love Chamomile tea to relax in the evenings. I sprinkled the seeds on the soil and did as instructed on the package, they sprouted but never grew into actual plants. 2 packs and both of them did the same thing. I believe these were defective. They get 1 star because I had to rate to post. Otherwise 0

I did not have great luck getting these seeds to grow more than seedlings. The good news is, they DO grow and they come up very quickly, but I have had a hard time in my greenhouse getting them to grow more than the little seedlings they made. I did get a few of the seedlings to grow larger and I transferred them to a larger pot and then into the ground, but even then they never flowered though the greenery they made was nice. I do not attribute these issues to the seeds themselves though - I have tried growing chamomile in the past with mixed luck. The seed packages came quickly and the company has always been great to work with! I had great luck with another flower seed mix I purchased from them.

I purchased these chamomile seeds and started them indoors in a tiny greenhouse with lights. In only a few days they were sprouting and within 2 weeks I started separating them in larger pots and am now already hardening the tiny babies outside on my deck in pots before I plant them in the ground . Baby plants need daily attention so only expect success if you can stay on top of watering, dividing and the likes otherwise you are unlikely to be successful even with the best of seeds. Go local for seeds, these as many, are dissapointing.

I received the Roman and German seeds and planted them in my greenhouse under a heat Pad. They were up within three days and doing very well. Excellent purchase.
