These are my favorite instant potatoes & the only ones I buy. The flavor & texture is exactly like homemade & it even has the little lumps in there. I have to admit that I pick out all the little brown pieces before I put them in the hot water because even though they are supposed to be in there to make it look more like homemade, they don't look very attractive to me. But its an easy fix & the taste is superb. I also use ½ milk & ½ water & add some butter & believe me you would never know they were instant.

Hands down my favorite instant mashed potatoes. Don't tell my grandma, but I'd rather have these than actual mashed potatoes. Butter makes everything taste better, but these I can eat without.
